In New Haven, a plug or patch repair usually takes under half an hour without an appointment, while a full set of tires with alignment is best booked ahead. Very bad experience with the guy and too much expensive and rude and for sure you never come back to the shop if you visit once. Highly not recommended

This was such a nice experience. The best price and honest service. I punctured my tire with a large piece of metal, it couldn't be fix. I called around and got prices from $150-$216 for one tire! Then, I called this guy gave him the size and he simply said $50 for a used tired and $90 when brand new. I get there and after some warm conversation, he replaced in less than 5 minutes! He may not be fluent speaking English, but what he lacks in linguistics he makes up in service.

the gentleman took advantage of me having a flat. I wasn't able to remove the lug nuts on my tire to put on the spare. So I drove to his shop on the flat. He took the tire off with the impact wrench before discussing any fees. Once the tire was off he wanted to charge me 20.00 to patch the tire. I found that to be too expensive. I denied service. at this point I think he felt offended. I then asked him to put on my spare tire instead of the flat tire. he said no. I asked him again and mention to him I just had difficulties removing the lug nuts. He then said will its 10.00 if you want to put the spare tire on. I said ok reluctantly. I just felt he didn't care about my safety just trying to make a quick 10.00. Then made me walk to the laundry mat because they only accept cash.

The guy does the good work. Fairly priced. It's not a place which will welcome you with sweet words but rob your wallet, so be prepared for that. The guy replaced one tire in about 10 minutes with balancing. The owner can be more polite with customers.
